  "text": "(1) In the National Health Service Act 2006—\n(a) omit section 28A (three year limit for special health authorities);\n(b) in section 272(6), omit paragraph (zc).\n(2) In the NHS Counter Fraud (Establishment, Constitution, and Staff and Other Transfer Provisions) Order 2017 (S.I. 2017/958)—\n(a) in article 2, omit the definition of “the abolition date”;\n(b) omit Part 4 (including Schedule 3) (abolition of the authority).\n(3) In consequence of subsection (1), in the Health and Social Care Act 2012, omit section 48.",
