  "text": "(1) The following provisions of this Act—\nsection 1(3), (4) and (6);\nsection 5, except subsection (3), and Schedule 3;\nsection 6(1), (2) and (4);\nin section 7—\n(a) subsection (1); and\n(b) subsections (3) and (4), so far as they relate to the National Health Service Act 1977;\nsection 9(1),\nextend to England and Wales only.\n(2) The following provisions of this Act—\nsection 1(5) and (7);\nsection 6(3);\nin section 7—\n(a) subsection (2); and\n(b) subsections (3) and (4), so far as they relate to the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978;\nsection 9(2),\nextend to Scotland only.\n(3) Section 25 above extends to Northern Ireland only.\n(4) The following provisions of this Act—\nsection 8;\n...; and Part II, except the provisions mentioned in subsection (5) below,\nextend to England and Wales and Scotland.\n(5) Section 11(2) above, so far as it relates to paragraph 2 of Schedule 4, extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.\n(6) The following provisions of this Act also extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland—\n. . .\n. . .\nsection 5(3);\nsection 23;\nthis section;\nsections 27 to 29.\n(7) Where any enactment repealed by this Act extends to any part of the United Kingdom, the repeal extends to that part.",
