# The Health Authorities Act 1995 (Transitional Provisions) Amendment Order 1996, Article 2: Amendment of 1996 Order


In article 12 of the 1996 Order (Joint Consultative Committees)—
(a) for the date “1st October 1996” there shall be substituted the date “1st January 1997”; and
(b) for the date “30th September 1996” which, by virtue of paragraphs (b) and (c)(i) of that article, has effect in articles 7 and 8 respectively of the 1985 Order, there shall be substituted the date “31st December 1996”.
