Coming into force 30th September 1996
The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of powers conferred by section 126(4) of the National Health Service Act 1977 and paragraphs 19(2)(b) and 20 of Schedule 2 to the Health Authorities Act 1995, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
