# Health Authorities Act 1995, Paragraph 3

Extent: E+W

Section 12 (supplementary provisions about health authorities) shall be renumbered as subsection (2) of that section and—
(a) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
(b) in that subsection as so renumbered, for paragraphs (a) to (c) substitute—
“(a) Health Authorities established under section 8 above; and
(b) any Special Health Authority established under section 11 above.”, and
(c) in the sidenote, for “to” substitute “ and ”.
