# Health Authorities Act 1995, Paragraph 93


In Schedule 3 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (matters not subject to investigation), in paragraph 8—
(a) for the words from “Regional” to “special health authority” substitute “ Health Authority, a Special Health Authority ”, and
(b) omit “a Family Practitioner Committee,”.
