# The Health Authorities (England) Establishment Order 1996, Article 2: Establishment and names of Health Authorities, and determination of areas of Health Authorities


For each of the areas described in column (2) of the Schedule to this Order there is established a Health Authority which shall be known by the name specified in column (1) of that Schedule in relation to that area.
