# The Health Education Authority (Abolition) Order 2000, Article 5: Winding-up of affairs of the Authority


It shall be the duty of the Agency to take such action as may be necessary for the winding-up of the affairs of the Authority, including the preparation of the outstanding accounts of the Authority and the performance of all statutory duties relating to those accounts.
