Coming into force in accordance with article 1(1)
At the Council Chamber, Whitehall, the 3rd day of June 2009
By the Lords of Her Majesty’s Most Honourable Privy Council
Their Lordships make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by article 3(7A) of, and paragraph 1B of Schedule 1 to, the Health Professions Order 2001.
