# The Health Professions Order 2001 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2003, Paragraph 17: Scottish Social Services Council (Consultation on Codes of Practice) Order 2001


In article 2 of the Scottish Social Services Council (Consultation on Codes of Practice) Order 2001 (consultation on codes of pratice), for paragraph (i) substitute—
“(i) the Health Professions Council established under article 3 of the Health Professions Order 2001;”.
