In article 4 of the Scottish Social Services Council (Appointments, Procedure and Access to the Register) Regulations 2001 (disqualification for appointment), in paragraph (5)(f), for “Professions Supplementary to Medicine Act 1960” substitute “Health Professions Order 2001”.
