Paragraph 30 Judicial Committee (Professions Supplementary to Medicine Rules) Order 1964

In the Schedule to the Judicial Committee (Professions Supplementary to Medicine Rules) Order 1964^f1—

(a)

in rule 1, omit the definition of “The Board” and after the definition of “The Committee”, insert—

““The Council” means the Health Professions Council.”; and

(b)

thereafter in the rules in that Schedule for “Board” in each place it occurs, substitute “Council”.
