# The Health Professions Order 2001 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2003, Paragraph 5: National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1972


In section 32 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1972 (transfer of staff employed for purposes of public health), in subsection (3), for paragraph (d) substitute—
“(d) persons who are registered in the register maintained under article 5 of the Health Professions Order 2001;”.
