In Schedule 4 to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusion and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2003^f1 (excepted professions, offices, employments and occupations), in Part 1 (professions), for paragraph 10 substitute—

“10.

Any profession to which the Health Professions Order 2001 applies and which is undertaken following registration under that Order.”
