  "text": "HEALTH CARE AND ASSOCIATED PROFESSIONS\nHEALTH PROFESSIONS\nMade 12th February 2002\nComing into force\narticles 1 and 48(4) 12th February 2002\nremainder in accordance with article 1(2)\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 12th day of February 2002\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas a draft of this Order in Council has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 62(9) of the Health Act 1999;\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by sections 60 and 62(4) of that Act, and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
