  "text": "The following provisions of this Act extend to Northern Ireland—\n(a) sections 3, 11, 13, 14 and this section,\n(b) Schedule 1 so far as it amends any enactment which extends to Northern Ireland, and\n(c) Schedule 2 so far as it repeals any enactment which extends to Northern Ireland.",
