  "heading": "Interpretation of Part III.",
  "text": "(1) In this Part of this Act—\n“authorisation” means an authorisation required by section 12(1) above;\n“controlled works” has the meaning given by section 12(2) above;\n“health authority” means, for England and Wales, an Area Health Authority or a District Health Authority or, for Scotland, a Health Board;\n“hospital premises” and “hospital services” have the meanings given by section 12(2) above;\n“notifiable works” and “notifiable change” have the meanings given by section 14(7) above;\n“prescribed” means prescribed by regulations made by the Secretary of State;\n“relevant hospital premises” has the meaning given by section 12(2) above\n“visiting force” means any such body, contingent or detachment of the forces of any country as is a visiting force for the purposes of any of the provisions of the Visiting Forces Act 1952.",
