  "text": "Where—\n(a) a person ceases to hold office as chairman or other member of the Centre or as a member of a committee or sub-committee; and\n(b) the Assembly determines that there are special circumstances which make it appropriate for that person to receive compensation,\nthe Centre must make a payment by way of compensation of such amount as the Assembly may determine.",
