# The Heat Network (Metering and Billing) (Amendment) Regulations 2015, Regulation 12: Amendment to regulation 15 (review)


In regulation 15(2) for “the Directive is” substitute “Articles 9(1) and (3), 10 and 11 of Directive 2012/27/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on energy efficiency are”.
