Regulation 5 Amendment to regulation 5

For regulation 5 substitute—

“Requirements relating to meters

Where these Regulations impose a duty on a heat supplier to ensure that a meter is installed, that heat supplier must ensure that the meter accurately measures, memorises and displays the consumption of heating, cooling or hot water by a final customer.”.
