Regulation 13 Amendment of regulation 13 (penalties)
In regulation 13 (penalties), in paragraph (2)—
(a)
before paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)on summary conviction in England and Wales to a fine;”;
(b)
in paragraph (a), after “conviction” insert “in Scotland or Northern Ireland”.
