  "heading": "Heat network consent applications",
  "text": "(1) A person may apply to the appropriate consent authority for a heat network consent.\n(2) An application under subsection (1) is referred to in this Act as a “heat network consent application”.\n(3) A person may make a heat network consent application in relation to—\n(a) the construction of a heat network,\n(b) the operation of a heat network, or\n(c) both.",
