# Heat Networks (Scotland) Act 2021, Section 37: Meaning of “enforcement authority”


In this Part, the “enforcement authority” means—
(a) the Scottish Ministers, or
(b) such other person as the Scottish Ministers by regulations designate as the enforcement authority for the purposes of this Part.
