  "text": "AGRICULTURE\nHILL LANDS\nMade 7th July 1987\nLaid before Parliament 20th July 1987\nComing into force 14th August 1987\nThe Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food as respects England and the Secretary of State as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 20(1) of the Hill Farming Act 1946 and now vested in them, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:—",
