# The Heather and Grass etc. (Burning) (Amendment) Regulations 1987, Regulation 3: Amendment of Principal Regulations


In regulation 2(1) of the principal Regulations (interpretation) there shall be inserted before the definition of “the Minister” the following definition:—
““London Regional Transport” means London Regional Transport or any body corporate which is its subsidiary within the meaning of section 68 of the London Regional Transport Act 1984;”.
