# The Heather and Grass etc. (Burning) (Amendment) Regulations 1987, Regulation 5: Amendment of Principal Regulations


In regulation 5(2)(c) of the principal Regulations (regulation of burning during any period of the year), there shall be substituted for the reference to “72 hours” a reference to “7 days”.
