Nothing in this Schedule shall prejudice or affect the right of any person to claim compensation in accordance with the other provisions of this Order but no person shall be entitled to any compensation by virtue of those provisions as regards so much of any damage or claim in respect of which that person is entitled to payment under this Schedule.
