# The Heathrow Express Railway Extension Order 2002, Paragraph 19


Subject to paragraph 9(2)(a) above, the fact that any work or thing has been executed or done under or for the purposes of this Order in accordance with a plan submitted to any person or in accordance with any requirement of any person or directions or award of any arbitrator under article 34 of this Order shall not relieve the undertaker from any liability for damage caused to any property or affect any claim by any person in respect of such damage.
