# Heathrow Express Railway (No. 2) Act 1991, Section 2: Interpretation


In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—
“the Act of 1965” means the 1965 c. 56.Compulsory Purchase Act 1965;
“the authorised work” means Work No. 4 authorised by the Heathrow Express Railway Act 1991; and
“the Company” means Heathrow Airport Limited and includes any subsidiary (within the meaning of section 736 of the 1985 c. 6.Companies Act 1985) of the Company.
