  "text": "For Regulation 23 (Fees for tests) there shall be substituted the following Regulation:\n“Fees for tests\n23 The fee payable by a person who applies for a test to be conducted by an examiner appointed under Regulation 18(1)(a) is\n(a) £42 if the application is made before 18th June 1990; and\n(b) £45 if the application is made on or after that date.”",
