# The Heckington Fen Solar Park Order 2025, Article 31: Benefit of the Order

Extent: E+W+S

Subject to article 32 (consent to transfer the benefit of the Order), the provisions of this Order have effect solely for the benefit of the undertaker save for Work No. 6B, Work No. 6C, Work No. 7 and Work No. 10 (to the extent that Work No. 10 is to facilitate access to Works No. 6B, 6C and 7) in relation to which the provisions of this Order have effect for the benefit of the undertaker and NGET.
