  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order authorises Ecotricity (Heck Fen Solar) Limited (referred to in this Order as the undertaker) to construct, operate, maintain and decommission a ground mounted solar photovoltaic generating station with a gross electrical output capacity over 50 megawatts and associated development. The Order would permit the undertaker to acquire, compulsorily or by agreement, land and rights in land and to use land for this purpose.\nA copy of the Order plans and the book of reference mentioned in this Order and certified in accordance with article 37 of this Order (certification of plans and documents, etc.) may be inspected free of charge during working hours at North Kesteven District Council and Boston Borough Council.",
