# The Helios Renewable Energy Project Order 2025, Paragraph 69: Arbitration


Save for differences or disputes arising under paragraph 61(2), 61(4) 62(1) and 63 any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and NGET under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and NGET, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 39 (arbitration).
