# The Helios Renewable Energy Project Order 2025, Paragraph 70: Notices


Notwithstanding article 36 (service of notices), any plans submitted to NGET by the undertaker pursuant to paragraph 63 must be submitted using the LSBUD system (https://lsbud.co.uk/) or to such other address as NGET may from time to time appoint instead for that purpose and notify to the undertaker in writing.
