  "text": "Regardless of any provision in this Order or anything shown on the land plans, or contained in the book of reference, the undertaker shall not acquire any apparatus, or override any easement or other interest of NPG otherwise than by agreement with NPG such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.",
