# The Helios Renewable Energy Project Order 2025, Paragraph 75


Regardless of any provision in the Order or anything shown on the land plans or contained in the book of reference, the undertaker shall not interfere with any communications cables or equipment used by NPG in relation to its apparatus or acquire or interfere with rights or interests supporting the use, maintenance or renewal of such equipment including any easements other than by agreement of NPG (such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed) and having regard to NPG’s existing and known future requirements for such land or interests.
