# The Helios Renewable Energy Project Order 2025, Paragraph 82


Any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and NPG under the provisions of this Part of the Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and NPG, be referred to and settled by arbitration in accordance with article 39 (arbitration).
