  "text": "For the avoidance of doubt whenever NPG’s consent, agreement or approval is required in relation to plans, documents or other information submitted by the undertaker or the taking of action by the undertaker, it must not be unreasonably withheld or delayed and any action, decision, cost and/or expense which may be claimed under this Part of this Schedule shall at all times be subject to NPG acting reasonably.",
