# The Hemp (Third Country Imports) Regulations 2002, Regulation 7: Scope of licences


A licence shall permit the import from one or more third countries of—
(a) a particular consignment of hemp; or
(b) all consignments of hemp for a specified period, which period shall not exceed nine months.
