# The Hemp (Third Country Imports) Regulations 2002, Regulation 9: Information


(1) A licensed importer shall supply to the appropriate authority such information about an import of hemp from a third country as the appropriate authority may reasonably require.
(2) Any information supplied pursuant to paragraph (1) shall be supplied within such period as the appropriate authority may reasonably determine.
