# The Hereford and Worcester (District Boundaries) Order 1987, Article 4: Transfers between districts


(1) Each area marked on the boundary maps as shown in columns 1 and 2 of the Schedule hereto shall cease to be part of the relevant local government areas named in column 3 and shall become part of the relevant local government areas named in column 4.
(2) Where in column 5 there is mentioned in relation to any area—
(a) a parish ward;
(b) a district or city ward;
(c) a county electoral division; or
(d) a petty sessional division—
that area shall additionally be transferred to that ward or division.
