  "text": "From the fourth day after the ordinary day of election of councillors in 1987 the Claines Central and West ward and the Claines East ward of the district of Wychavon shall be amalgamated to form a new ward of that district to be called the North Claines ward. It shall be represented by 2 district councillors.",
