# The Hereford and Worcester (District Boundaries) Order 1987, Article 7: Land Registration


Registration of title to land under the Land Registration Acts 1925 to 1986 shall
(i) be compulsory on sale throughout the city of Worcester as altered by article 4; and
(ii) cease to be compulsory on sale in any area transferred from the city of Worcester to the districts of Malvern Hills and Wychavon save in so far as section 154(1) of the Housing Act 1985 applies to any dwelling house situated in that area.
