  "text": "The parts of the district of Leominster and of the parish of Whitney-on-Wye which are marked A, B and D on boundary map 1 shall be transferred to—\n(a) the district of South Herefordshire;\n(b) the Merbach ward of that district;\n(c) the parish of Clifford;\n(d) the Dore and Bredwardine county electoral division;\n(e) the South Herefordshire petty sessional division.\nTransfers from the district of South Herefordshire to the district of Leominster.",
