  "text": "(1) The Forum may, at any time, appoint not more than 9 additional members from persons appearing to them to represent the interests of–\n(a) businesses in the area served by the zone schools;\n(b) the voluntary sector in the area served by the zone schools;\n(c) parents of children at the zone schools; and\n(d) teachers at the zone schools.\nprovided that the maximum number of additional members who may be appointed falling within sub-paragraph (c) shall be 3 and the maximum number of additional members who may be appointed falling within sub-paragraph (d) shall be 2.\n(2) The Forum may at any time appoint one additional member who at the time of his appointment is employed by the Forum.\n(3) A member appointed under paragraph (2) shall cease to hold office if he ceases to be employed by the Forum.",
