  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the establishment order (“the Order”) of the Herefordshire Primary Care Trust (“the trust”), a Primary Care Trust established by Order under section 16A of the National Health Service Act 1977 (“the Act”) by removing the restriction in article 8 of the Order whereby, in the exercise of functions, the trust shall not provide services directly to patients, other than community health services.",
