  "text": "In this Act the words “conveyance,” “heritable security,” “security,” “creditor,” “debtor,” and “purchaser,” shall have the same meanings respectively as in the Titles to Land Consolidation (Scotland) Act, 1868.\nThe word “lands” shall extend to and include all heritable subjects.",
