  "long_title": "The County of Hertfordshire was divided into five coroners' districts by the Hertfordshire (Coroners' Districts) Order 1974. Two of these, Watford and St Albans were amalgamated to form the Watford/St Albans Coroner’s District by the Hertfordshire (Coroners' Districts) (Amendment) Order 1974. This district was then amalgamated with Hemel Hempstead, to form the West Hertfordshire Coroner’s District, by the Hertfordshire (Coroner’s Districts) (Amendment) Order 1998.",
