# High Hedges Act (Northern Ireland) 2011, Section 11: Power to require occupier to permit action to be taken by owner


If, on a complaint made by the owner of any land, it appears to a court of summary jurisdiction that the occupier of that land prevents the owner from taking any action on that land which the owner is by or under this Act required to take, the court may order the occupier to permit the taking of that action.
