# The High Pavement Sixth Form College, Nottingham (Dissolution) Order 1999, Article 2


On 1st April 1999 High Pavement College will be dissolved and all of its property, rights and liabilities shall be transferred to New College, being a body corporate established for purposes which include the provision of educational facilities or services.
